Ghiya (gourd) ki Barfi make Recipe:
You can make Ghiya (gourd) ki Barfi in fast or in any
festival. It is very easy to make and is also beneficial for health.

Necessary ingredients

1 feet dense
·
1/2 cup ghee
·
250 grams sugar
·
250 grams Mawa
·
10-15 cashews, sliced
·
1 Parchment Cardamom Padur
·
1 chamaram pistachio
Method
·
Peel the gourd peel and remove its seeds and the
middle pulp.
·
After this, grate gourd and add grated gourd, 2
teaspoons ghee in a pan, cover it and keep it on low flame to cook.

After a while, stir it and cover it again.
·
When the gourd becomes soft, then add sugar and
cook it and keep stirring it for a while so that the gourd does not get stuck
in the bottom.
·
Add the remaining ghee to the cooked gourd and
fry the gourd well and add mawa and dry fruits.
·
When the gourd mixture is ready to make barfi,
then turn off the flame and add cardamom powder and mix it well.
·
Now apply lubrication on a plate, put the
mixture in a plate and keep it to freeze.
·
Pour finely chopped pistachios and cashews over
the barfi.
·
Gourd barfi freezes in about 1 hour. Cut it into
pieces of your choice and serve it.
